  • Yes, Dimension is an R18 event and photo ID will be checked on entry.

  • Yes, it includes free camping in the general tent camping zone. If you are bringing a car you will need to purchase either a parking pass or vehcile camping add on.

  • Dimension operates a tiered ticketing system, rewarding those who buy early with better deals. Each tier has a set end date and then it moves up to the to next tier.

  • No - We will be checking names on entry to prevent ticket fraud. Please be sure that your name matches your ticket before arriving.

  • No - We do not believe this festival is a suitable environment for children and we do not allow anyone under 18 years of age into the festival. So book your baby sitter now!

  • Of course! The river right next to the dancefloor is amazing to swim in and leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Please swim only during the day and in the designated swimming zones, as we want you to stay super safe. Please do not use chemicals (soaps, lotions, etc) that might pollute the river. The water from the river comes down from the hills nearby and although it is crystal clear and clean we would advise not to use it for drinking water.

  • Dimension is an open-air event run in a rural location. Whilst we will expect for sunny days and cool nights, Dimension will run in any weather, regardless if it’s rain, hail or shine. Be prepared for all weather conditions and ensure you bring warm and wet weather clothing.

  • There is Vodafone mobile reception at the gate. We will have WIFI available for purchase from the Bar so you can snapchat, contact your mum and let your friends know how out of this world Dimension is.

  • Yes, but you will need a Vehicle Camping Add On. You can purchase this via Ticket Fairy.

  • Dimension is a licensed event and as such alcohol is not permitted to be brought into the festival.

  • No. Please respect the natural environment and fellow festival goers.

  • This is a Leave No Trace event. You are responsible for any rubbish you produce. Reduce packaging to keep your rubbish and impact small.

  • The nearest town is Kaikohe around 1 hour away, or Whangarei around 1.5 hours away.

  • No - we do not recommend drinking untreated water.

  • Limited WIFI passes can be purchased from the Bar.

  • The campsite access path can be used in an emergency, but as the campsite fills up you may be blocked in. If you know you will need to leave, we recommend keeping that in mind when you first arrive and letting a crew member know. Driving through the event zone once the event has started it not permitted.

  • No, there are no fires permitted.

  • Yes - in the designated fire circle safety area during the allocated times.

  • Yes - Security will check that no glass or alcohol is brought onto site on entry.

THE RULES


R18

Dimension Festival is R18 - no ID, no entry. Anyone under the age of 18 found at the festival will be removed from the festival site.

No BYO Alcohol

There will be a licensed bar at Dimension, so this means no BYO alcohol. Dimension will be licensed to sell alcohol however, underage drinking is still not permissible and anyone under the age of 18 found at the festival will be removed from the site.

No Fires

As it will be mid to late summer, fires within campsites are strictly prohibited.

No Glass / Mirrors

Throughout the year our oasis is a working farm so glass or mirrors are strictly prohibited.

No Animals of Any kind

Dimension is not a suitable place for our furry, feathered or scaled friends. Please don’t attempt to bring them into a potentially dangerous and stressful environment.

No Generators or Soundsystems

You’re already at festival, there is no need to make more noise. Please respect your fellow campers and enjoy the music on offer.

No Weapons, Fireworks or Laser Pointers

These are prohibited items at the festival
