Volunteer AGREEMENT

For: Setup & Pack Down Volunteer

Thank you for applying to be a volunteer at Dimension.  By us sending you this page we have accepted your application and all that remains is for you to agree to the below terms and conditions.

This document will outline how it works and if you are happy with everything here please confirm with us that you wish to move forward and be part of this experience!

Key Points

FESTIVAL ADDRESS AND GETTING THERE

The Festival is located at 1207 Waimatenui East Road, Donnellys Crossing.

(3 Hours Drive from Auckland) Use this web page for details:

http://dimension.nz/location/

You will be responsible for getting to and from the festival site in your own transport.  Please be sure you have this organised to get to and from the event.  We cannot provide transportation.  We will send you a map closer to the time.

ARRIVE AND LEAVE TIMES

You will be required to be on site from Friday 31stof January 2020 until Tuesday 11thFebruary 2020.  During the festival you can enjoy yourself but during set up and pack down you will be required to work with us on delivering the experience.

INTOXICATION

We play hard when the festival is on, but we need everyone to be in tip top condition to do all the work required, so as a  general rule you need to be on to it.  This means we will not be happy if you show up hung over to work, and you may forfeit your volunteer spot.  Don’t worry there it plenty of time for that when the festival starts.

HOURS

We generally go for it from 9am-5pm each day, with additional night sessions to get the lighting etc set up.

FOOD

You will be responsible for your own food and cooking method for all of the days that you are on site.  During the event you can purchase food from the food vendors as an option.

CAMPING

You can camp in the camping area during the time you are on site at the festival.

NO DOGS OR ANIMALS

As per festival rules there are absolutely no dogs or animals allowed to be brought on site.
