The Festival market is located next to the main dancefloor, so you have good access to the main event area. We will create a seating area in the middle of the market for people to chill under the shade.
PACK IN/PACK OUT TIMES
To ensure that when our guests arrive at the festival it’s all ready to do, we expect all vendors to arrive at least 1 the day before the festival starts.
Arrival Date: Wednesday 5th of February (or before)
And leave AFTER the festival finishes on:Monday 10th of February
Please be aware that as our location is on a farm in a rural location weather can affect the accessibility to our festival site. In the week leading up to the festival we will contact all vendors with weather updates. In addition to this we recommend 4WD vehicles. All vendors shall be issued with a car park pass to allow you access to the site (1 pass per stall)
Power is available for vendors for use in the assistance of running your stall. We would expect the power connection to just be used for lights and appliances only (not cooking). If power is required for anything more than lights please let us know so we can confirm if we can accommodate it.
To ensure that food is available for customers, by taking a vendor site you will be expected to remain open for a set of minimum hours – up to 16 hours a day. We will confirm each vendor we will work with you to confirm your committed opening hours. For most market vendors these hours would be typical
THURSDAY: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
FRIDAY: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
SATURDAY: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
SUNDAY: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We will confirm opening hours for food vendor on a case by case basis to ensure maximum coverage.
Please be conscious of these times to ensure you are staffed to accommodate the agreed hours.
With each Vendor site we provide a total of 2 x festival tickets. We can also supply a maximum of 2 additional tickets at $100 each. This way some of you will get to enjoy the festival.
Normally sites are 3m x 3m, and when you applied you would have confirmed your site size - so please check with us we have that loaded in.. We will have spaces market out and only that amount space available.
CASHLESS PAYMENTS SYSTEM
Dimension is going cashless!
Due to the remoteness of the location and getting more money freely flowing in the festival we will be implementing the Token cashless payments system.
Here are the key items:
We will supply you with a wristband reader device that you must keep charged
Leading up to the event we will ensure it gets loaded with all of the items you are selling
You will take all payments using the reader we supply
You will not be able to accept cash or EFTPOS at the festival, only Cashless / Token
You will be paid your revenue within 3 days of the event.
The Festival will take a straight 10% cut of all items sold. This way what you pay the festival will be scaled as per your takings. We feel this is the fairest system.
There will be auto top up AND cash top up stations in the market area, so it will be super easy for customers to get access top up their wrist bands.
Training will be provided on the cashless system the day before the event.
COST & PAYOUT
As noted above, the festival will take a simple 10% cut from all vendor revenue at the event. Payouts will be within 3 days of the event to nominated bank account.
