Your camping is included in your ticket price, it's first in first served to get the best spots so be sure to get here when the gates open!

You will need to park in the carpark and you can take the shuttle to the campground.

+ WHAT IS RELEASE 1, RELEASE 2 TICKETS?

Dimension operates a tiered ticketing system, rewarding those who buy early with cheaper tickets. Each tier has a set allocation of tickets, once this allocation is exhausted, it goes up to the next Tier. The sooner you buy, the more you save!

+ HOW DO I CHANGE THE NAME ON MY TICKET?

This can be processed through us, you just need to get in contact.

+ What's the refund policy?

There are no refunds for Dimension, however, you can sell your ticket online through our facebook page, there are always takers close to the event day.

+ WHAT DO I NEED A VEHICLE PASS FOR?

If you want to camp buy your car you need to purchase a vehicle pass, otherwise you can camp in the carpark and get shuttled into he campground.

+ DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET OR CAN I SHOW IT ON MY PHONE?

You can show your ticket on your phone through the Eventbrite app. This is the most secure method and confirms that you legitimately hold the ticket - it also handles ticket transfers.

+ IF I HAVE A TICKET PROBLEM, WHO DO I CONTACT?

+ Can I update my registration information?

Yes you can, just log into Eventbrite

+ Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes you can transfer all paid tickets. Log into Eventbrite and select ticket transfer.

+ Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No, we will be checking names on the gate to match purchasers to prevent fraud. Please be sure your name matches. You can easily change it on Eventbrite.
