ADub

ADub grew up in Wellington and got into the rave scene in the early 90's. He shifted into jungle and dnb with everyone else, and went to the legendary Bass Frontiers nights at Sub Nine. ADub spent a few years shuffling his way through the Melbourne hard trance scene in the mid 2000's before getting into breakbreat and realising he'd been listening to it all his life. His original mixing and dj'ing came under the alias Knottyboy, while calling Western Australia home for a decade. Now back in Aotearoa his musical tastes span hip-hop, house, electro, dub step, dnb, dub, reggae, breakbeat and everything in between. You'll mostly likely find him anywhere broken beats are found, playing back-to-back with his bro Unphazd? for the Ravers Anon whanau.

Big Dave

Big Dave stumbled upon a life-altering symphony of sound on the shores of Kariotahi Beach, New Zealand's west coast - the ethereal realm of psychedelic trance. From that serendipitous moment, the course of his life was forever charted in the vibrant waves of electronic music.

Big Dave's quest for sonic enlightenment led him across the globe to the heart of the UK, where he immersed himself in a three-year odyssey through the London underground scene. Here, he found himself at the heart of the action, dancing under the stars at outdoor raves and experiencing the raw energy of illegal ("squat") parties. Amidst the chaos and beats, he forged lifelong connections with fellow music devotees.

Now as the organiser of Dimension, he loves to share the raw energy of a proper psytrance party with the world!
