At Phat Productions Trading Ltd, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all attendees of Dimension Festival 2025. Our refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be issued and the procedures for requesting refunds.

1. Specified Refunds

1.1. Postponement Due to Extraordinary Circumstances: In the event of extraordinary circumstances such as a massive earthquake, COVID-19 lockdown, or war, the festival may be postponed. We will announce the new event date within 90 days. If the rescheduled event is not announced within this timeframe, attendees will be eligible for a full refund.

1.2. Standard Postponement Policy: We reserve the right to postpone the event for reasons other than extraordinary circumstances. In such cases, the event may be rescheduled for a new date within 365 days. Attendees will be notified of the new date at the earliest opportunity. If the event is not rescheduled within this 365-day period, attendees will be eligible for a full refund.

1.3. Event Cancellation or Non-Performance: If the event is canceled or not fully performed, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.

2. Additional Refund Circumstances

We are committed to addressing all refund requests within five (5) business days. Refunds will be granted in the following additional situations:

2.1. Failure to Provide Advertised Goods and Services: If we determine that the main advertised experience or component of the event is not delivered, a refund will be provided.

2.2. Significant Event Description Discrepancy: If the event description presented at the time of purchase significantly differs from the actual event, attendees are entitled to a refund.

2.3. Safety Concerns and Ingress/Egress Issues: Refunds will be issued if attendees are unable to attend due to our failure to adequately plan for capacity, ingress, or egress, or if attendance would subject them to safety concerns.

2.4. Venue Accessibility Issues: If attendees are unable to access the event’s venue, they will be eligible for a refund.

2.5. Posted Refund Policy Eligibility: Refunds will be granted if the request aligns with our posted refund policy.

In some cases, Eventbrite may issue refunds on our behalf if we fail to do so. They may use funds from our account, other events, or invoice us directly to cover these refunds.

3. Additional Refund Scenarios

Eventbrite may also issue refunds on our behalf under the following circumstances:

3.1. We specifically authorize the refunds.

3.2. We fail to respond to a refund request within five (5) business days.

3.3. Refunds align with our posted refund policy or are required under applicable law.

3.4. Orders are identified as fraudulent or duplicates.

3.5. We have engaged in any fraudulent activity or misrepresentations.

3.6. There is a substantial risk of nonperformance for the event or future events.

3.7. We or Eventbrite are likely to receive complaints, refund requests, or Chargebacks for a significant number of orders.

In situations not explicitly covered by this policy, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable laws and Eventbrite's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
