Ticket Tiers

Dimension will have four ticket tiers. Each ticket tier will close on certain date. So if you want to secure the lowest price, buy early and keep an eye on the ticket release dates.

Ticket Add Ons

You’ll need to purchase your festival ticket first (includes free tent camping). Then you can select the add-on that suits your needs.

Every vehicle that comes to the event will need to purchase a Parking Pass OR Vehicle Camping Pass as a ticket Add-On.

If you have already purchased a festival ticket but you need to purchase an add-on at a later date

Please log in to your ticket fairy account, open your Dimension ticket order and click ‘purchase add-on’.

Ticket Fairy Resale System

Seller

If you can no longer attend, please log in to your ticket fairy account and head to My Tickets. Select 'sell my ticket' and enter the new buyer's details. Once the new payment is complete, your ticket will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Buyer

The only safe way to purchase a Dimension ticket is via the secure, face-value resale system. The owner of the ticket will update the information within their account and you'll receive a link from Ticket Fairy, taking you through the secure checkout. You are essentially purchasing a brand new ticket, so it's super safe! If the seller does not wish to use Ticket Fairy, it's likely a scam! Never transfer funds directly.

Resale T&CS

All transfers must be conducted via the ‘Sell Ticket’ function on the Ticket Fairy website. It is not permitted to transfer the use or ownership of a Ticket Fairy ticket on or via a third-party resale platform, social media network, private transaction or any other method or protocol. Ticket Fairy tickets can only be transferred via official resale (via the ‘Sell Ticket’ function).

This function is also the only way to change the name and transfer ownership of the ticket to someone else. ‘Name changes’ alone are no longer enabled and all transfers must be initiated via the resale function.

The reselling or transfer of a ticket outside of the official resale functions, whether actual or intended, is a violation of Ticket Fairy’s Resale Policy and may result in the suspension of the offending User’s account and the subsequent cancellation of all tickets held within it. Both Ticket Fairy and the event organizer reserve the right to cancel tickets that are subject to a violation of this policy, at any time and without notice.

Name Changes and Ticket Transfers

Ticket Fairy will handle name changes and ticket transfers exclusively via the resale system only. If you are buying a ticket from someone, please only proceed through the Ticket Fairy system. Festival tickets attract scammers every year and using Ticket Fairy is the only way to guarantee you will have a legitimate ticket.

Top Up At Event

Visit the WAYVER kiosk on arrival and load credit onto your wristband using either cash or EFTPOS. You can top up as many times as you like throughout the event. 

Purchases

Place your order from our bars and marketplace, and simply scan the “sweet spot” on the wristband to pay for your item(s). Easy as that! We can even let you know your balance so you can top up again if needed.

Refunds

At the end of the event, pop into the WAYVER kiosk to get a refund of the balance on your wristband.

If you forget to at the event, you have 4 weeks post-event to claim your refund via www.wayver.co.nz
